  • How do I make a return?

  • Can I change my payment method?
    No, unfortunately you can't change payment method after placing your order.
  • Which payment methods do you offer?

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
  • How long is the delivery time?
    Orders can be expected to arrive within 14 working days. Please note that this is a estimated delivery time only.
  • What should I do if a product has been damaged during shipping?
    If you discover that your product has been damaged during shipping, please take distinct photos of the damages and send them to info@arato.store within two days of receiving the package, and we’ll help you from there!
